Dear Readers
It
is painful to have to disclose negative things about another Christian,
especially when that Christian is a priest. Sometimes it is necessary, when
others are at risk from such negative behavior.
I have heard
Agathe, a long time friend’s story and how it affected her, her husband, Georges
and their family. I have heard and read the accounts of other members who once
were part of Father Blais’ organization, and watched hours of videos. I was appalled by the amount
of deception
and manipulation from the leadership: and deeply troubled by the devastation it
caused in the lives of so many people.
Jesus had
strong words to say to, and about, some of the spiritual leaders of His
day. He felt it necessary to warn
His flock, and so we pray that the warning in this book will go far and wide to
protect as many people from this false and destructive
organization.

Purpose of the Book
Did Fr Blais operate under false
pretenses?
The
reasons for this book is twofold:
---To bring
to light this deception, to expose the system and the man behind this deception
so that no one may
be deceived by it
anymore.
---to
demonstrate that the money
contributed to Fr. Blais under false pretenses continues to help promote and to
diffuse serious errors against our beliefs.
Jotting down
part of my life is a simple demonstration of its long ways and detours it took
to finally be there, (it seems) where we could discover the nature of the
delusion and bring it to light.
One can
wonder that, Georges and I, could with all those who helped us by their true
witnessing, reach that point.

GOLDEN RULE
Here are
excerpts of a letter
from an official pope’s delegate, an
answer to my letter.
’’The
questions you have brought up are very delicate in nature. In these forms of new communities, it
happens that their leader manipulates these persons with a certain power of
conviction and with even some entrancement.
The group in
l’Avenir, Quebec, has no acknowledgment from the local Bishop, and even less
from the Pope.
As to the
mystical phenomena, I seek to follow the Official Church, which is
prudence. ‘The entrancement and
trickery are possible’.
In any case,
we can’t base our faith on strange phenomena and human persons. Christ is the only One that
counts,
’the corner
stone of the Church’:
2 Peter,
6-7.”
When I received that
letter, even if I had already doubts in my mind, I had not yet come to grips
with the fact that the Pope did not recognize this group. A certain immersion on
this particular point was still deep, It was such a blow, as a blast that had
collapsed these so-called narrated close contacts with the Pope, by Blais, that
had built up blindly our confidence.
For several days, I experienced such sense of shock, as if not knowing
whether I was coming or going. But
when I got over it, I had made a firm resolution to bring this deceit to
light.

Pile up of information
My
research coming from far and wide was piling up. All these important documents,
communiqués from the Vatican City, the pope’s delegate, cardinals, bishops and
priests, all these documents handed to me should have been enough to prove that
Fr. Blais was not accepted by the Church.
Moreover,
the information from prominent publications,would seem enough to satisfy one’s
resolution to bring that
shocking
deceit to light.
Not
quite so! I felt enough ambition to
be a recipient of personal response from Rome denouncing Fr Blais. To a very
understanding friend, I shared what was deep in my mind.
She
decided on a plan of action:
’’
Why don’t we do it now, short, simple and precise?” So it was, that letter that
went straight to C.D.F. Vaticano.
A
few months later, June 6 2000, Doris, our daughter,
related
to me in a very simple tone, that there was a letter
faxed to my name from Vatican
City.
It was a memorable gesture from Divine
Providence!
Cardinal
Ratzinger was then, leading this Ministry at the Vatican: ”Congregation for the
Doctrine of the Faith.” No need to tell you how proud I am now, to have had a
personal contact with our present Pope: Benedict XVI.
